Something nice about FHE is that you can build privacy-preserving analytics into your smart contracts, so that you can get some idea of how people use your product without seeing their data. All it takes is a single line of solidity code: FHE.add(encryptedSwapAmount, encryptedTotalVolume). For example in our confidential RFQ swap, we have an encrypted volume counter that adds the encrypted amount swapped in each trade, which is then revealed every 100 trades (or any other time period you decide). This is important for 2 reasons: 1. it gives us data to improve the product, and 2. it gives token holders visibility on protocol growth and how many fees are being burnt as a consequence.
