Apparently, that's his way of hinting it's time to march off to the front and die for his delusional ideas. "In your hearts and souls are the will and unity of our people, the moral strength of your ancestors, who freed the world from Nazism, harnessed nuclear energy, and opened space to humanity," Putin said.
