HAO FENG GROUP FILES FOR U.S. IPO, SEEKS NYSE AMERICAN LISTING Hong Kong-based financial education company Hao Feng Group has filed for an IPO of 3.2M ordinary shares, expected to price between $5 and $8 per share. The offering would raise $16M to $25.6M gross, or about $20.8M at the $6.50 midpoint. The shares are expected to list on NYSE American under the ticker $HFE. Eddid Securities USA is the sole underwriter, with an option to purchase an additional 480K shares. Hao Feng provides investment and financial education through in-person courses and subscription-based digital content in Hong Kong. It recently added advertising services with securities brokerages. 2025 revenue rose 50% to $1.45M, while net income increased 154% to $841K. For the six months ended March 2026, revenue increased 36% to $930K, while net income fell 49% to $203K. The company plans to use IPO proceeds for expansion into markets including Malaysia, Singapore and potentially Taiwan, as well as IT upgrades, new courses and internally developed financial models and algorithms. Exclusive: In July, a ton of cotton shirts was unloaded at the port of Los Angeles after a trip from southern Vietnam. The apparel had come from a garment manufacturer closely related to Chinese textile giant Esquel Group, shipment records show. Esquel has effectively been banned from selling to US customers since November 2024, when Washington sanctioned the company over alleged links with forced labor programs in China’s Xinjiang region.
