🚨America under attack! An Obama-appointed judge who just blocked Trump’s mail-voting order once received an award from a Chinese Progressive Association group!! U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani of Massachusetts ruled that the Trump administration could NOT enforce provisions of an executive order requiring a verified national list of adult citizens and restricting how the Postal Service handles absentee ballots. The injunction covered 23 states and D.C. that sued, effectively halting those measures for the 2026 election cycle. Before joining the bench, Talwani was a labor-side employment lawyer. In 2012 the Chinese Progressive Association gave her its Workers Justice Award. The group is a progressive Boston organization focused on Chinese immigrant workers and left-wing political organizing. Her official biography lists the award among her honors. A federal judge with a documented award from a progressive Chinese-American activist organization has now used her position to stop a presidential order aimed at tightening election integrity rules.
