Kohei Ikeda, the director of Tekken 8, has left Bandai Namco Studios after 20 years with the company. “After 20 incredible years, I have left Bandai Namco Studios. Thank you all for your support.” He described his time on the Tekken team as “one of the most cherished experiences of his life” This departure comes about six months after longtime Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada left the company at the end of 2025.
