🏢 Office REITs Q3 Preview: Focus on interest rate headwinds, leasing CapEx, debt maturities and paydown ‣ Office REITs kicking off Q3 results, with SL Green (SLG) and Brandywine (BDN) AMC today, with Kilroy Realty (KRC) AMC tomorrow. • Sentiment slightly more bullish versus the sector, with buy-rated consensus 58% (RE Sector 54%), as commentary highlights strengthening fundamentals, flagging Q3 national and metro statistics including occupancy, rent growth, leasing volume, and absorption. • Interest rate headwinds the big area of focus, with recent backup in yields leading to some downgrades, broad target cuts, across the group. Commentary on refinancings, deleveraging, as well as development/construction debt facilities, and impacts to disposition plans, yields. • Leasing CapEx, concessions, also flagged as attention turns to FFO growth versus SSNOI, with tenant incentives having hindered inflections, accelerations, in the bottom-line metric. AI jobs impact also highlighted in terms of additional color around tenant commentary, demand/sizing of space. • Bullish also flagging valuation relative to current (improved) demand backdrop; B/S in better shape, with capital access, terms, more favorable, both in terms of potential equity partners, JV stakes, as well as debt funding. • Bearish seeing rate backup as adding to NT headwinds, pressuring sentiment, and pushing out a sustained recovery in positively trending earnings growth seen as needed in order for a real step-up in market sentiment and pivot towards more constructive views. $SLG $BDN $KRC #OfficeReits# #REITS# #CommercialRealEstaste# #Earnings# #CapEx# #FFO# #SSNOI# #AI# #Leasing# #FinTwit# #REITInvesting# #RealEstate# Gain immediate access to earnings insights with #StreetAccount#:

Kaspa’s (@kaspaunchained) Toccata hard fork is pushing the network beyond simple payments. The upgrade adds native Layer-1 covenants, ZK proof verification, transaction introspection, and KRC-20 support. So, what does Toccata actually change for Kaspa? Read the full breakdown 👇

What Kaspa's Toccata fork actually unlocks The kaspa:native upgrade adds covenants, programmable rules attached directly to transactions, enabling vaults, escrow, and smart wallets without giving up proof-of-work or BlockDAG speed. KRC-20 tokens now live natively in consensus rules instead of inscription workarounds. New ZK opcodes let rollups and bridges anchor to Kaspa, with two EVM-compatible Layer 2s already building on top.

Kaspa's Toccata upgrade is seeing real use seven weeks after activation Seven weeks after Kaspa's Toccata hard fork, the upgrade's new machinery is in visible use. Kaspalytics counts 1,196 covenant-creating transactions in the past 24 hours, with over 2,700 covenant outputs created, programmable spending rules now running natively on kaspa:native L1. The ZK side is earlier-stage: just 9 ZK precompile transactions in the same window, split between Groth16 and R0Succinct proof verifications. The clearest adoption signal sits on layer 2. Igra, the EVM-compatible L2 anchored to Kaspa, logged around 54,000 transactions in 24 hours, dwarfing every other protocol on the network, with KRC inscriptions a distant second near 1,900. Miners have moved on cleanly too: 86% of recent blocks come from node version 2.0.1, the post-Toccata release, suggesting the consensus change has settled without a lingering split.
