NVIDIA PARTNERS WITH EINRIDE TO SCALE AUTONOMOUS TRUCKING
Einride $ENRD is building the next generation of its self-driving truck system on Nvidia Hyperion, Nvidia’s production-ready platform for Level 4 autonomous vehicles.
Nvidia will provide the underlying compute, sensors, safety architecture and AI development tools, while Einride continues to build and operate its own autonomous-driving software.
Einride currently operates hundreds of electric trucks across the U.S., Europe and the Middle East and expects its fleet to reach 1,500-2,000 vehicles by 2028.
The company says roughly 80% of that demand could be suitable for automation over the medium term.
Einride is already deploying autonomous trucks with customers, including a cab-less Level 4 truck operating on a public road in Germany with Lidl.
