⭕ OVERNIGHT IN QALQILYA: Four suspects involved in terrorist activity were apprehended & two underground shafts, ~12 meters deep, were located. Weapons were found near the shafts, including an M16 rifle, a hunting rifle, a handgun, and ammunition. Contrary to irresponsible statements, following an examination of the shafts, the presence of a tunnel route was ruled out. It was also determined that the shafts were not located in proximity to the area of the security barrier. At this time, security forces are operating in the area to locate & rule out the presence of additional shafts, while conducting extensive activities to locate additional weapons.

Israeli Border Police in Judea and Samaria, working with the unit for combating crime, uncovered a tunnel under excavation. The shaft had already reached a depth of at least 25 meters. A sniper rifle, an M16, ammunition and fertilizer used to build explosive charges were seized at the site.
