i have experience building products with no competition and products with a lot of competition
i can say with 100% confidence that having competition is one of the best things that can happen to a company
> it keeps you stressed in a good way
> it’s fun as fuck
> you get hate from competitors, and attention is attention + it's hilarious
underrated advice:
don't pick cool ideas that no one have built.
there's a reason there's no competition.
pick a boring, growing market and go all-in on building a competitive product.
it's funny how i've been yapping that we need a dedicated app for webdev instead of coping with google chrome and @sizzyapp had almost no competition for years, and now everyone is technically a competitor lol
$150M of your money just went to a 25-lawyer Houston firm where exactly two attorneys list any immigration experience — to defend migrant kids facing deportation. Founder Marcella Burke is a Trump administration alum, EPA and Interior. No competition. No bid. The old contract with 100+ actual immigration providers? Left to die.
