I supported
@AbstractChain heavily from testnet onward.
I created content, used the apps, onboarded people, defended the chain and genuinely believed in what the team was building.

Watching it shut down like this is brutal.
What frustrates me most is that I had several calls where I was told major deals were signed and what was coming next would be massive.
I know I wasn’t the only one getting those calls.
So why were those conversations happening if this was where things were headed?
—
Then seeing more than $1M used to support the
@pudgypenguins floor while so many Abstract users, creators and holders are getting crushed feels like an even bigger slap in the face.
—
I expected better from the team.
Crypto already has a massive trust problem, and situations like this only make that worse.

At this point, saying North Korea hacked the chain and they had to shut it down might’ve been easier to understand.
