Poland and Ukraine both say their common foe is Russia, but the neighboring countries can’t agree on how to untangle a painful past dating back to World War II.
Poland's inflation came in at 3.4%/yr in August, ABOVE its target of 2.5%/yr.
Money supply (M2) grew at 11.3%/yr. That's ABOVE Hanke's Golden Growth Rate of 8.8%/yr, a rate consistent with hitting Poland's 2.5%/yr inflation target.

Poland will name a new military base after Trump
Polish President Karol Nawrocki said that a future permanent U.S. Army base in Poland, if the project receives final approval, will be named Fort Trump.
According to Nawrocki, infrastructure preparations are already underway, and a decision on the base is “only a matter of time.” He hopes the facility can be opened before Donald Trump’s presidential term ends in 2029.
“When the work is finished, I think President Trump will personally be able to take part in the inauguration of Fort Trump in Poland,” Nawrocki told Bloomberg.
