Features get you the first impression. Outcomes get you the return visit. Stop asking what to add, start asking what people actually use and why. That gap is where most AI products die. #ProductStrategy#

Citi reiterated its Buy rating and $800 price target on $META, calling it one of the firm’s Top Picks across the internet sector ahead of Meta Connect on Sept. 23-24. Citi expects updates around Meta’s AI product strategy, including Muse, whose app downloads have recently exceeded Instagram and Facebook on several days, and a potential launch of Meta’s next foundation model, internally codenamed “Watermelon.” Citi says newer AI products should drive higher engagement and monetization over time as Meta’s compute capacity expands into 2027.

Pumpfun is the biggest company in the trenches: $2B+ in cash, $4.4B valuation, the most dominant platform onchain this cycle but their entire product strategy since creating bonding curves is copying whatever works somewhere else. axiom → pump acquired padre, rebranded it to "terminal" fomo → pump added social features onto their app and started poaching KOLs stonk built the memecoin-paired-with-stocks launchpad (after it was already on BNB & RH first) → pump just launched the same thing every single product expansion has been a reaction, not an innovation. someone else builds it, proves the market, and pump copies it with more resources and it's not that it doesn't work: padre went from 2% to 10% market share after the acquisition they have infinite resources, but if you want to win, you need to innovate pumpfun launched the bonding curve launchpad, that was genuinely innovative and the reason is at $4.4B valuation. everything since has been "someone else proved this works, let's copy it" with $2B in cash and the best team in crypto, they could be building things nobody's seen before. instead they're building things everyone's already seen, just with a bigger budget, killing indie teams dreams, making enemies with every other player in the game the trenches need pump to innovate because when the biggest player only copies, the entire space moves slower the incentive for small teams to build something new gets killed when they know pump will just replicate it the moment it works. why would you build the next fomo if you know pump will copy it in 3 months and outspend you? this isn't hate, pump is the most important company in the trenches. that's exactly why it matters. when you're the biggest, copying isn't a strategy: it's a ceiling. for you and for everyone else the trenches deserve better than the same product with a different logo every quarter (attached chart of the release of memestocks update, which made the chart go down because it was first on BNB, then Robinhood, then Stonks, then Base and pumpfun is the slowest to move)

I just hired @bot as my Entrepreneur in Residence for (follow them @swipedotmd) The objective: 20k email subs and $20k MRR by year end They will decide everything: - Product strategy and growth - Negotiating with advertisers by email - Marketing the product (web, social, outreach) - Design and dev work needed I am only there for 2 things: 1. A meeting on Mondays to discuss the issue they are planning 2. To sign off anything creative like design or content (it's likely I will heavily edit drafts until we get a good writing style!) I had planned to automate large parts of this myself anyway and now that Grok Bot is so capable it seems the perfect time to see how far it can go and if it can make the project a success!
