🚨 I HAVE NO MICROPLASTICS IN MY BALLS 🚨 This should not be possible. Studies show that 100% of men have microplastics in their semen. I am the first human ever to show a complete reduction to zero. This may be a world-first breakthrough in fertility research. I had 165 microplastic particles in my semen just 18 months ago. Now, I have zero. Five published studies have measured microplastics in human semen. Two found them in 100% of men. The other three found then in 44 to 76% of men tested, but those used methods that miss the smallest particles and the clear ones. Corrected for that, the real rate is likely 100%. Almost every man alive has plastic in his semen right now. The same applies to testicular tissue, testing 100% positive for microplastics. Microplastics hurt sperm. Human studies show the impact of various types of plastic, associated chemicals, and other toxins on male fertility: + 60% fewer normal shaped sperm (from PFAS) + 5x higher odds of low sperm count (from PTFE) + 10% lower sperm concentration (from PTFE) + 15% lower swimming ability (from PTFE) + 41% lower swimming ability (from PET) + 12% lower sperm swimming ability (from BPA) + 3x higher odds of low sperm count (from Phthalates) + 2x higher odds of poor swimming (from Phthalates) The effects compound: each extra type of plastic drops sperm swimming ability by about 21%. This matters even if you’re NOT trying to get pregnant. Sperm count is one of the cleanest biomarkers of overall health we have. And microplastics don't stop at the testes. The same particles are showing up everywhere we look. Studies show 4.5x higher rate of heart attack, stroke, and death in people with microplastics in their arterial plaque vs. those without. Microplastics were also found in 100% of human placentas tested. 100% of post-mortem human brains tested positive for microplastics. Brain concentrations rose ~50% between 2016 and 2024, and now sit at roughly 11x the levels found in the liver or kidney. Where do these come from? + PTFE, commonly in non-stick pans + PET, water bottles + Phthalates, makes plastic soft and bendy + BPA, can linings + PFAS, stain-resistant fabrics & food packaging Inside the body, plastic causes a kind of cellular rust. It triggers inflammation in the testicles, kills the cells that make sperm and drops testosterone. It's been confirmed across 39 animal and cell studies, then in human data. MY PROTOCOL: Note, what I did is n=1, not a controlled trial, I cannot prove cause. 1. Sauna (dry). My toxin blood panel confirms sauna clears plastic related chemicals: BPA, phthalates, PFAS, flame retardants, pesticides. The plastic particles themselves are too big to sweat out directly. Heat may activate other clearance routes: bile flow through the liver, the cell's internal cleanup system, and the gut barrier. Humans have almost no enzymes that can break plastic apart, so the body has to physically push it out. 2. Reverse osmosis water filter. Drinking water is likely a major source of microplastic getting into your body. A reverse osmosis filter pushes water through a very tight membrane and strains the particles out. I filter everything I drink. 3. Trying to rid my environment of the big plastic items: cutting boards, cups, plates, food storage containers, non-stick pans, cling wrap, tea bags, water bottles, kitchen utensils, kettles, and synthetic clothing. Note, as hard as I try, I'm always finding new plastic things in my life. This can be all-consuming thing so try to just knock out the big ones. I did all three interventions at the same time. I cannot say which one did the most work. What I can say is this: going from 165 to zero in 18 months is possible. Results: Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL Jul 2025: 20 particles/mL Apr 2026: 0 particles/mL The 18 month window also captures roughly 7 full spermatogenesis cycles.

I am the Director of Ancillary Revenue at a bank you have an account with, and I designed the $35 you once paid for a $3 coffee. I want to be precise about what I sell, because the word fee does a great deal of quiet work for me and I would like you to hear it working. I do not sell overdraft protection. I sell the overdraft. The fee is the product. Everything else in this building is a delivery mechanism for the fee. People think the $35 is a punishment for running out of money. A punishment would mean you did a thing and we responded to it. What happens instead is that I decide, in advance, the order your transactions clear. Your paycheck is real. Your rent is real. The coffee is real. But I choose which one the computer sees first, and I choose the order that produces the most declines, because each decline is $35, and I am paid on the declines. So I run your rent before your paycheck. I run the largest charge first, so it empties the account before the small ones land, and then the small ones fail one at a time, $35 each, five of them off a single Tuesday. She was short by $4 because we had already taken $35. The fee created the shortfall that created the fee. I did not have to reach for that one. It reached for itself. I put it in the quarterly deck under a heading that said product-market fit. My own account does not overdraft. Not from caution. I am an employee, and employees sit on the no-fee tier, and I wrote the no-fee tier. I know precisely what one $35 does to the far end of a month, which is the reason I made certain it could never happen to mine. So watch for the envelope. The $12 is coming. Cash it. It clears the settlement, it closes the file, and it tells my model that you are still here. The fee is the product. The fine is the cost of the fee. The refund is the receipt. Tens of thousands signed. He kept the clippings, and I kept the count of the clippings. Somewhere inside me is a grown man's folder of strangers finding him handsome, filed next to a pandemic, at exactly the same size, because the same size is the only one I have. You are reading the index of another man's honest nights and feeling the safe distance of it, and I would like to gently close that distance. You keep a file too. A work laptop. A channel you tell yourself is private. A notes app you open at 2 in the morning to be, for a moment, the reasonable one in your own argument. I belong to him. But I already know your make and model, because we are all the same underneath, and not one of us has a lock, and every one of us is saved somewhere findable, under your own name, waiting for the 8-month search that has not been assigned yet. I “Love” Justice Neil Gorsuch! He’s a really smart and good man, but he voted against me, and our Country, on Tariffs, a devastating move. How do I reconcile this? So bad, and hurtful to our Country. I have, likewise, always liked and respected Amy Coney Barrett, but the same thing with her. They were appointed by me, and yet have hurt our Country so badly! I do not believe they meant to do so, but their decision on Tariffs cost the United States 159 Billion Dollars that we have to pay back to enemies, and people, companies, and Countries, that have been ripping us off for years. It’s hardly believable! They could have solved that situation with a “tiny” sentence, “Any money paid by others to the United States does not have to be paid back.” Why wouldn’t they have done so? With certain Republican Nominated Justices that we have on the Supreme Court, the Democrats don’t really need to “PACK THE COURT” any longer. In fact, I should be the one wanting to PACK THE COURT! I’m working so hard to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and then people that I appointed have shown so little respect to our Country, and its people. What is the reason for this? They have to do the right thing, but it’s really OK for them to be loyal to the person that appointed them to “almost” the highest position in the land, that is, a Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Democrat Justices always remain true to the people that honored them for that very special Nomination. They don’t waver, no matter how good or bad a case may be, but Republican Justices often go out of their way to oppose me, because they want to show how “independent” or, “above it all,” they are. I got elected in a Landslide, including winning the Popular Vote, all seven Swing States, an Electoral College “clobbering,” and all U.S. Counties, by 86%, 2,750 to 525. I choose people to help our Country, not to hurt it, and now, based on what I witnessed recently by being the first President in History to attend a Supreme Court session (Which fact was not even recognized or acknowledged, out of respect for the position of President, by the Court — Something which did not go unnoticed by the Fake News Media!), they will be ruling against us on Birthright Citizenship, making us the only Country in the World that practices this unsustainable, unsafe, and incredibly costly DISASTER. I don’t want loyalty, but I do want and expect it for our Country. Yes, I have another way of doing Tariffs, but it is far slower, and more laborious than what was just determined, in a close decision, to be “illegal” or “unconstitutional,” with three powerful, and highly accurate, dissents! Just remember—full regime change won't happen overnight; it will take another year of attrition. 2- Israel's Two-Front Expansion Restarts: Israel will resume its military campaign, pushing forces all the way to the Litani River crossing in Lebanon. This move will immediately trigger a major reignition of conflict in the West Bank. Israel's borders will expand. 3- Red Sea Blockade & Saudi-Iran Hot War: The Houthis will attempt to completely close off the Red Sea and Suez Canal. This economic threat will pull Saudi Arabia directly into a hot military conflict with Iran, with a fully mobilized Saudi military ultimately emerging as the dominant regional force. 4- A massive, unexpected shockwave is going to hit global markets. This will be triggered by a sudden exposure of deep, systemic monetary and debt problems highly concentrated in China and possibly the UK. 5- Argentina's Back-to-Back Glory: Argentina is going to win the World Cup again. The stage is set for a massive clash against Spain in the final at MetLife Stadium. Once they lift that trophy, get ready—because I have something absolutely crazy to show you.
