According to statistics from the Ningbo Airport Border Inspection Station, in 2025, the Ningbo-Taipei route carried nearly 80,000 passengers, with passenger load factors exceeding 90% during major holidays. Among them, Taiwan compatriots accounted for over 90%, with their main purposes including investment inspections, technical cooperation, family visits and ancestral worship, as well as cultural tourism and sightseeing.
