SanDisk $SNDK resumed with an Overweight at JPMorgan JPMorgan analyst Harlan Sur initiated coverage of SanDisk with an Overweight rating and $2,250 price target following a period of restriction. JPMorgan's rating on the stock prior to the restriction was a Neutral. SanDisk is "uniquely positioned" to benefit from the "structural inflection" in NAND demand driven by "rapid growth" in AI inference, the analyst tells investors in a research note. JPMorgan says the the new business model framework announced at the investor day has "structurally reset" SanDisk's margin profile higher and "materially reduced cyclicality."
