🚨 @SECGov wins default judgment against fake #crypto# platform NanoBit in a "relationship investment" scam that lured victims through @WhatsApp groups posing as financial pros. NanoBit Limited, Radiant Horizons, Sweet Karma Fashion, Zhao Tropical Deli, plus individuals Jiajie Liu & Hua Zhao were permanently enjoined for securities fraud. Scammers falsely claimed NanoBit's "broker" affiliate was SEC-registered, pushed fake ICOs, then wired over $2M of investor funds to Hong Kong accounts. NanoBit Limited alone owes $1.8M. Total judgments across all defendants exceed $5.5M.
