Black History Month is a time to recognize all the ways Black culture has shaped American life – from our music and art to our literature and sports. Let’s celebrate the perseverance, courage, and tenacity of those who paved the way for us, and do our best to follow in their footsteps.

The depth of the plan, in all honesty and simplicity of thought, truly circumvents any understanding. The Biblical story being written in your lifetime and the execution, minute by minute, of a plan so extensive and elaborate that it will shake to the core every human being alive when disclosure is finally rolled out into public view. Global Patriots, American Patriots, Digital Soldiers, Keyboard Warriors, Citizen Journalists, have through dedication and tenacity, so intense and heartfelt, succeeded in their mission, which was to ensure the unbridled success of an information program that penetrated the Worldwide Mass Propaganda Machine. A grassroots effort that when fortified and unleashed created an awareness of the evil that has long controlled our world, then creating a fire and the will to fight a battle on a myriad of fronts, simultaneously through various social and information channels, as well as the necessary kinetic war in the tunnels and the sky, which collectively saw the unifying of the world against an unseen enemy. We've now entered the final act in "The Greatest Story Ever Told." We will soon witness a total transformation of humanity's future, a rebirth in it's limitless potential, and the hidden technology that will allow humanity to heal and soar into a universe it was meant to embrace from the beginning. Those of us with you from the beginning, through this evolution of "The Plan To Save The World," will be standing by. We had the honor of meeting with His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, at His Highness’s Majlis in Ras Al Khaimah. During this meeting, VEON Chairman and Founder Augie K Fabela II, had the privilege of presenting his latest book, "Tenacity: The UAE's Finest Hour", to His Highness. Our CEO @Kaan_Terzioglu also provided a comprehensive overview of the Group’s diverse portfolio of business lines, outlined the strategic relocation of VEON’s headquarters to the United Arab Emirates, and shared the Group’s ambitions and strategic priorities for the period ahead. My brain scan explains why hate doesn’t bother me. I find it fun and easy. Here is what the data shows: + Amygdala 95th - emotion, threat detection + Putamen 99th - learning, habit formation + Caudate nucleus 97th - goal, decision, memory + Globus pallidus 93rd - movement control + Frontal gray matter 78th and still climbing How this might loosely map to what I do in life: > processing hate is an enjoyable activity for me > understanding it as information rather than threat > am a very fast learner > can maintain multiple threads in mind simultaneously > am a systems builder > can easily master habits > strong motor control Amygdala 95th percentile It’s the center of threat detection and emotional processing. The amygdala volume tracks the size and complexity of the social networks a person builds and maintains. Likely pointing to why my mind defaults to thinking about large social networks. Specifically, thinking about Don’t Die for all of intelligent life. Putamen 99th percentile This is brain infrastructure for learning. It turns repetition into skill, and skill into things you do without thinking. My daily protocol has hundreds of daily steps and none of them feel like effort anymore. Caudate nucleus 97th percentile Brain infrastructure for goal directed behavior, decision making and working memory. Makes sense given that daily I juggle being a founder, content creator, full-time rejuvenation athlete, and building the Immortals philosophy and movement. Pallidus 93rd percentile Brian infrastructure exercise. A good foundation for my attempt to dunk a basketball on a 10 foot rim. The above four regions are mostly hereditary. Twin studies put these structures at roughly 0.75 to 0.89 heritability, among the highest anywhere in the brain. If my brain is responding to what I'm doing day to day, it may be in my frontal gray matter. Adults who learned to juggle grew measurable gray matter within weeks. In a randomized trial, six months of aerobic exercise, three hours a week, grew the frontal cortex in people decades older than me. Brain structure follows use. My frontal gray matter sits at the 78th percentile and has been climbing steadily. It's up 1.35% over two years when it should be going down with age. This is the tissue of planning, self-control, and executive function. Inside the frontal lobe sits the anterior cingulate, also called the tenacity hub. It computes whether hard things are worth continuing. Superagers keep this region young. Mine has been getting stronger. Subjectively, that agrees with my life experience of how the level of work ethic required daily to maintain my rejuvenation athlete protocols plus two additional full-time jobs. This is of course speculative for my n of 1 context, yet the data strongly suggests it, and strong evidence backs it.

The founder of Indian startup Cred, Kunal Shah, will be global head of the most used daily product in the world (2.3B+ DAU), WhatsApp! Let’s take a look at the business of Cred: Cred’s valuation has flip-flopped from its peak but in 8yrs, they built a $4.5B biz with ~1000 employees doing $333M/yr growing 17%yoy, with Meta buying 20% of it for $900M. Kunal says they’ve hit they’re first quarter of operating profit (exact loss numbers for FY26 here are speculative) but the business is definitely trending up. Cred has ~17M users and 12.6M monthly transacting users at $26 per user per year ARPU (~₹2500). 1% of Indians use Cred, 1 in 3 of the country’s credit card users. Credit card penetration in India is 3-4% vs say 66% in the US, 50%+ in high income and 25%+ for other lower/middle income countries; perhaps if that grew more quickly, the business would have an even better outcome. When I analyzed it in 2022, I was too harsh about its future prospects. The business has grown significantly since with a path to sustainability. More importantly, this is the first time I’ve seen a non-silicon valley founder catapulted to lead such a critical product. Think what you may of Cred, it was a big bet that’s come off quite well. And this appointment is just testament to Kunal’s tenacity as a founder and leader.
