Authorities say he briefly stopped but then continued driving, and they are recommending a misdemeanor charge for leaving the scene of an accident. This comes four years after he pleaded guilty to a DUI in the same area after crashing into another car. No one was injured in the latest incident and no alcohol was detected, but he was not arrested at the scene and was instead referred to the DMV for an evaluation.
