Starlink V3 is the real leap.
Each new satellite is built for about 1 Tbps down and 160 Gbps up — roughly 10x and 22x the current generation — flying lower, launched in numbers on Starship.
That is how the network moves from “good internet in remote places” to multi-gigabit service for far more people, with lower latency and room for AI-scale traffic.
