And yes, 24GB of RAM is now listed for Ultra and above.

CD Projekt Red is warning Witcher 4 players: your choices are going to stick with you. The studio says it is doubling down on the morally grey storytelling that made The Witcher 3 so memorable. CDPR joint CEO Adam Badowski said the story is “frequently rewritten to maximize its emotional impact on players—ensuring it isn’t hollow but truly resonates.” And when it comes to player choices, Badowski says the game will feature “ambiguous choices and consequences” designed to “make a lasting impression on the player.”

CD Projekt Red is bringing Xbox Play Anywhere support to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on September 29. So, if you already own the Xbox version, you’ll be able to play the PC version through the Microsoft Store without buying the game again. The update will let you switch between Xbox and PC, with support for compatible handheld devices too. “Customers who own The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on Xbox will be able to receive the PC version through the Microsoft Store at no additional cost.” No need to pay twice just to play it on another platform

CD Projekt Red says The Witcher 4 is not being developed with a cost-first approach, and the studio believes GTA 6 is being made in a similar way. We’re a business in the end.” “But I definitely wouldn’t say this is a cost-driven development.” When asked about GTA 6, Nowakowski: “I doubt if the development of GTA 6 was a cost-driven development. In fact, I’m 100% sure it wasn’t. I think the philosophy might be very similar in many ways.”

CD Projekt Red says ‘The Witcher IV’ will still get a physical release with collectible items, even if PlayStation phases out new game discs by 2028. The box may not necessarily include a game disc, but CDPR wants to preserve a physical edition for collectors. “We’re going to be for sure having a box.”

CD Projekt Red is officially working with popular modder HalkHogan on The Witcher 3 Remaster. HalkHogan, creator of the HD Reworked Project, confirmed: “I am cooperating with CDPR on the Witcher 3 Remaster and my work will be officially available in the game on September 29th (on PC and consoles).” He also confirmed that HD Reworked Project will no longer be needed separately. “Almost all ingame characters, monsters, animals, vegetation, armors and equipment for Geralt & Roach and a large part of the environment have been reworked.”
