Human remains found in search for missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez
Humanoid robots are going to be one of the biggest game-changers we’ve ever seen. They’re going to help us in ways that are genuinely super exciting like taking over the dangerous, dirty, and exhausting jobs nobody wants… warehouses, factories, elder care, you name it. They will solve huge labor shortages and let us humans focus on more meaningful work. It’s going bring abundance and productivity to a whole new level. But I believe there will also be a dark side to this… it’s probably also going to create a lot of real chaos. If you pay attention, these robots don’t get tired, don’t complain, don’t need breaks, and they can keep going 24/7 as long as they are charged. And they also will cost much less than humans as well… They’re going to be stepping in for entire shifts of human work in a way we’ve never seen before. And it’s happening faster than most people realize. A lot of people are still sleeping on this, thinking this is just for show. They see it as “cool tech” but fail to connect the dots on how it’ll disrupt jobs, economies, and our daily lives. This is the reality unfolding in real time. I’m excited about what this means for humanity, but we also need to be smart about it. Retraining, new opportunities, support for people whose jobs get lost… we’ve got to get ahead of it instead of scrambling later. I get it when Elon says we will eventually need universal basic income...

Humanoid robotics is the bull thesis of the next decade, and almost nobody can buy it. Figure, Physical Intelligence, 1X, Apptronik, Unitree, Agility, and most leading humanoid robotics companies remain private. Access runs through a small set of institutional funds, while the cycle that could define the labor force of the next century is being underwritten without retail in the room. XMAQUINA built the fix: a decentralized ecosystem that opens robotics capital markets to broader participation. The companies being built today will define what physical labor looks like for the next fifty years. If access stays locked behind Sand Hill term sheets and prime-broker desks, robotics becomes one of the most consequential wealth-creation cycles of our lifetimes and one of the most exclusive. The people who saw it coming, who use these systems, and who will work alongside them should not be forced to watch from the sidelines. That is the outcome XMAQUINA exists to prevent. We're excited to have @XMAQUINA launch on Virtuals Protocol. The infrastructure that opened the agent economy to anyone with a wallet now brings that same access model to robotics. The bull thesis of the next decade should not stay private.

Human beings are not inherently bad, yet the rapid growth of problems in modern social life may push the rules of society toward greater selfishness and harshness. Only the elevating force of education and enlightenment can prevent this. : The author maintains that human beings are not inherently bad or malicious by nature. However, the rapid accumulation of problems in modern social life such as inequality, competition, and uncertainty creates conditions that can gradually push societal norms toward greater selfishness and harshness. When external pressures intensify, self-preservation instincts tend to dominate, weakening empathy, cooperation, and moral restraint. Without conscious intervention, this drift can reshape the rules of society in ways that prioritize individual gain over collective well-being. The only effective counterforce, according to the author, is the elevating power of education and enlightenment. These cultivate critical thinking, ethical awareness, and a broader sense of humanity, helping people rise above immediate pressures and maintain civilized values. In essence, the future character of society depends not on whether humans are good or bad at their core, but on whether we actively nurture the better angels of our nature through sustained intellectual and moral development.

Human Programmers Will Stick Around…. While you can totally vibe code an app written by AI from scratch It’s a total nightmare to use AI coding on a complex human generated code base Humans typically generate more complexity and tech debt than AI can handle We still desperately need human programmers 😅
