Idk man there's something about load in where you are about to host 650-700 folks live in person. spent fuckin $48,000 to put up cover for people to not have so much "sun" on them... $30,000-$40,000 in food truck costs to have unlimited food Seats and tables and drapes another $20,000-$30,000 We rent a pier.. a literal pier next to a US Naval ship... 4 foot high stage with duel 30ft screens back lit with solo screen for eye candy during presentation... price that out for yourself. Go do a large scale event and figure this stuff out on your own lol Then go find quality talent of people who don't REALLY want to be speaking but do speak. Then go sell it Then go sell tickets Then convince people to buy hotels, leave their families, workflows, businesses to come connect. We do not take this lightly and I cannot wait to host you guys here in SD
