The World Intellectual Property Organization @WIPO published the rankings of the Top 100 Innovation Clusters in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2026, with the Shenzhen–Hong Kong–Guangzhou cluster claiming first place globally once again.
Louis Vuitton is taking the fight to the China National Intellectual Property Administration. A trademark administrative dispute will be heard July 16 at the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, with the Chinese patent office as the defendant and a third party also involved.
