I'm going to start a thread where I casually post updates of my small-cap altcoin trades (each position under $300K) in the replies over time.
Disclaimer:
- This is not financial advice. I'm simply journaling my own trades.
- I trade ultra low market cap coins with extreme volatility and uncertainty.
- I usually risk only 0.1% to 0.5% of my net worth on these plays. I’m mentally prepared to lose it all.
- I may enter and exit positions at any time without notice. If you follow, you risk becoming my exit liquidity. Yes, my EXIT LIQUIDITY🙂

trading is hard because over time, we all develop mental injuries that are invisible
in the past, we used to like to call it "breaking of the brain" or going "full left curve" and that may be true, and sounds amazing IF you come out successful from your efforts
but how about those that don't do as well as they wanted?
or along the path to where you want to get to, eating all of the emotion, and constant volatility?
it's hard
what ive done every time is just to talk it out, let it out. and yes, if youre seeing it on social media, you might be like, damn bro is just going through it. but imagine i just kept it in 24/7?
sometimes that can be through x (why i started, was just journaling nft trading journey), talking to peers who also go through all the same niche things, and a few loved ones
loved ones is hard though BECAUSE THEY DONT UNDERSTANDDDDD, but yes, hearing that raw perspective helps a lot too
have fun doing it, but know it does that a mental health toll, protect yourself always, and do things to stay right
health is wealth
even if you can't see it
