Muse profiles people beyond its users.
WIRED found Muse's internal instructions tell it to create and update pages about people in a user's life. The list includes family, partners, friends, coworkers, collaborators, and people they follow.
A page might include where someone lives, what they do, recurring plans or talks, and important dates. The page might start with a few details, then grow as Muse gets more context.
Muse's rules tell it to use evidence and avoid made-up details. Still, a person doesn't need to use Muse for a page about them to form.
Meta says each user gets a dedicated virtual machine for their data and context. Separate storage doesn't settle the bigger privacy question: how much of another person's life belongs in your AI memory?
Before you use an AI agent as your memory, check whose details it stores, how much context builds over time, and which relationships deserve a line you won't cross.

"What's a neural network?"
Stop picturing a neural network as brain neurons.
Here's a bettermathematical definition:
"a neural network is a differentiable computational graph"
- a graph contains nodes and edges.
- each node represents a function (i.e. math operation)
- edges connect the nodes
Differentiable means the derivative exists at each point, so no holes or kinks.
During training, the neural network traces error backward, measures how values contributed to the result, and adjusts its learning parameters.
I plan to post YT trainings explaining deep learning theory & math... and I'm sure that it will get no views :D
