An Ohio judge cleared a man (who says he's a woman) of flashing in a YMCA girls’ locker room because fat covered his p*nis. ⠀ Darren Glines goes by Rachel. The Daily Mail headline? “Trans woman is cleared of flashing her p*nis at Ohio YMCA after judge ruled she's too F*T for her g*nitals to be visible.” ⠀ Xenia Municipal Court Judge David McNamee found Glines not guilty of three counts of indecent exposure. Glines was 31. The YMCA sits in Xenia, in the Greater Dayton system. ⠀ Complaints went back to 2021. Women said they saw a “n*ked male in the female locker room.” One report said three juveniles were in the room. ⠀ A staffer told a complaining woman that Glines was “actually a woman” and that she “shouldn’t have been disturbed.” The YMCA of Greater Dayton had already given Glines permission to use women’s locker rooms at every area branch. Glines had not had g*nital surgery. ⠀ Defense lawyers said the belly made the p*nis impossible to see. McNamee wrote there was no question Glines was in the women’s locker room. ⠀ He also wrote Glines was not charged with trespass. “Quiet simply, the facts do not exist to support a find of guilt, as charges.
