AMD’s Radeon RX 9070 XT has now become the most popular Radeon GPU on Steam, according to Valve’s August 2026 Steam Hardware Survey. The RX 9070 XT reached 1.46% of surveyed Steam users, up from 1.33% in May, when it first appeared. That puts it ahead of the RX 6600 at 0.83% and RX 9060 XT at 0.80%, making the 9070 XT AMD’s current leader on Steam. AMD still has a long way to go against Nvidia, though, Nvidia’s RTX 3060 alone sits at 3.92%, while the RTX 4060 Laptop GPU is at 3.84%.
