TEXAS SENATE RACE: After James Talarico (CIS) accused Ken Paxton of voter fraud for using the home where he gets his mail and pays the mortgage for his voter registration, the Texas Tribune and ProPublica discovered Talarico wasn't registered to vote from his own home. Instead, he has used his parents' address for the last five elections. When reporters asked why he has been violating election law by using an address where he doesn't live, Talarico repeatedly dodged the issue. He will not explain why he broke the law.
