Texas (the most Republican state in the USA) becoming the central hub for the clean energy revolution is so funny and also why I became an economic conservative. For years I watched political bureaucrats preach the urgency without producing any outcomes. And then I started observing where outcomes actually come from. Capitalism fucks, overregulation sucks. If you care about actual material reality vs self pleasuring, this is obvious.
