i have been waiting 5 years for this
i still have nightmares about tearing entire contracts apart and stitching them back together into some frankenstein architectures just to get them to compile

v4 hooks are powerful because they can atomically change what happens inside every swap or liquidity update
dynamic curves, custom fees, liquidity update triggers, etc
however, if your hooks doesn't NEED to be part of the swap lifecycle, you might just be forcing the narrative
