So what actually is $AVAX's 'Helicon' upgrade? On July 28, The @AvalancheFDN announced that Helicon had gone live on @Avax' Fuji Testnet. This massive upgrade, put bluntly, brings several promising new elements to the Avalanche C-Chain. (1) It brings decoupled, continuous transaction execution to the network, greatly enhancing how smart contracts process data by separating transaction execution from block generation.
