She wrote that she only learned years later her parents had taken the boys on secret beach trips the whole summer: “Those two little bodies came out of my belly … Yes, they are mine … Unfortunately it wasn’t until 5 years ago that I saw they were secretly taken to the beach by my mom and dad …” Britney reflected on the years she felt she never got to fully be herself, the pain of that time, and how she’s turned toward prayer and yoga every day. She closed on a note of hope and spiritual longing: “I want to get closer to God and get my heart in its most beautiful, spiritual way and have dreams again like I did when I used to go to Mexico !!!” A raw, honest look at healing, motherhood, and rediscovering joy.
