I wonder if chatbots have made the domain name market more efficient because you can ask them "Why would someone suddenly be interested in owning this" and maybe discover that there's some hot startup that uses get|try|with|use|yourdomain dot com.
I just sold a domain for $20k that I bought for $9.95. Found it ~15 years ago by trolling through lists of race horse names from the early 20th century, figuring I could ride the coattails of some very creative people who didn't have the ability to register domain names.
Footnote: If a pharmaceutical company launches a blockbuster drug called Valyra, I will feel sooo stupid.
