You know who looks at this and sweats blood? The advertising industry. All the "artists" that work in the IP rent structure who are in "labor unions" that vote Democrat and are looking for protection.
The DNC will become the class champions of this constituency, especially after a DSA pysop fresh coat of red paint.
I don't understand why this isn't obvious: the "left" is about to turn into the luddite pro AI regulation universal basic income party.
Which is why it will lose badly. There is too much money, wealth consolidation, and disenfranchisement of the professional managerials is the source of this. It's political castration and dismantling will be the main feature of the next 30+ years.
