He listed his house across the street for nearly $12 million the day the trade was finalized in July. Herro had paid $10.5 million for it in late 2022. The house Antetokounmpo bought is nearly 12,000 sqft on just over an acre, with eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a media room, a pool, and a guest house. It was asking $16.3 million.
