The Iranian regime’s actions are paradoxically serving Israeli strategic interests. Great!
By shutting down the Strait of Hormuz, the Bab-el-Mandeb in the Red Sea, and now targeting the entrance to the Suez Canal, Iran has effectively choked Saudi Arabian oil transit.
If this blockade persists, the Eilat-Ashkelon pipeline (the Trans-Israel pipeline) will become the only safe route for Saudi oil. Consequently, Saudi Arabia will be forced to join the Abraham Accords.
This prolonged conflict represents a calculated strategic move by the Trump administration. Operating on precise technical planning, Washington remains indifferent to public perceptions of American weakness or Iranian victory.
