[Flood Watch Into Tue] Periods of heavy rain are expected at times into Tue across CT/RI and SE MA. Widespread 1-3" of rain are expected, but localized narrow bands of 4-6" of rain are possible within 6 hours...which would bring the potential for localized flash flooding.
