A few days ago we introduced Nightshades, an onchain survivor game in collaboration with @ClutchMarkets.

The new MeebCo R&D division where we can get a little weird, creating games, onchain experiments and ideas that don’t fit neatly in a box.
I’ve been part of the Meebits community for a while, so this one feels personal.
Cera @cera_ai has partnered with @MeebitCompany to embody our Core Five mentors through selected Meebits.
This gives persistent creative intelligence a body — a figure an artist can return to over time as they develop ideas, work through uncertainty, and stay with the practice.
Meebits have always carried a rare kind of potential for me: they are characters, identities, artifacts, and containers for projection. Cera gives that potential a role inside the creative process.
Cera provides the intelligence; Meebits provide the body.

In May 2021, twenty thousand generative sculptures launched into the world, each a fully rigged 3D file ready to be rendered, animated, and built upon.
We’ve always loved that Meebits can be visualized in so many ways over a variety of media. Five years on, we’re adding one more way: plotter files for every Meebit, each a set of vector drawing instructions for print or screen.

What began as a friendly call to advise the company turned into a meaningful journey together, as we migrated infrastructure from Yuga, launched a new site, and built new tech for the Meebits community.
He is now returning to his work advising his national government on policy. We’re grateful for everything he contributed during his time with us.
