Major Dale Buis & Sergeant Chester Ovnand were killed #OTD# in 1959 in a surprise attack at a U.S. military compound in South Vietnam. Their names are the first listed on the black stone walls of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. #WashingtonDC#
