We're running multiple top 1–3 percentile funds — 3 decacorns and 4 unicorns, all from seed and Series A, in 5 years. If we keep that up for another 4–5 years, land 5–7 more unicorn+ exits, and we might finally out-compound Bay Area real estate and buy a house with a functioning roof.
