Rockstar Games is set to face trial over claims that dozens of former employees were punished for union activity.
A UK employment tribunal has rejected Rockstarās attempt to remove blacklisting allegations from the case, meaning those claims will now be heard at trial.
The case dates to 2025, when more than 30 employees were fired. The workers and the Independent Workersā Union of Great Britain (IWGB) say the dismissals were linked to union organizing, while Rockstar says they were due to breaches of confidentiality and gross misconduct.
The trial is scheduled to begin in September 2026.
