A fan-made RPG inspired by The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall is now 132 days into development, even as Bethesda has started giving The Elder Scrolls 6 a few small signs of life.
The project, called The Indie Scrolls, is being developed by an apparently solo dev combining classic Daggerfall-style pixel visuals with more modern RPG gameplay.
RAIZA says the game is “inspired by TES but in a Daggerfall visual key” and was created partly because “TES 6 is taking forever to come out.”
The latest update shows the player exploring a farm, fighting enemies and even brutally taking down a chicken.
