Ezri Konsa made a crucial late tackle against Forest and has impressed while Saliba's been out.
Arsenal fans, would you make Saliba compete for his starting place once he's fully fit?
Chelsea getting Morgan Rogers still annoys me. He's exactly the kind of powerful attacking midfielder I wanted Arsenal to add this summer.
Bayern have been incredibly tough to beat at home in Europe.
Arsenal fans, would you take a draw in Munich or want nothing less than a win? 👀
The Arsenal XI I'd go with against Bayern. Thoughts?
I'd start Gyokeres over Havertz against Bayern without thinking twice. Their high line is exactly the sort of thing Viktor can punish.
If Arteta benches him again, I seriously have to question what we're doing with him.

Madueke is winning me over with his attitude as much as his football. He keeps taking responsibility even when things go wrong.
Arsenal need players who aren't afraid to make mistakes.
Arsenal need to look for Gyokeres' runs more often.
He's got the movement for it. Play the ball into space earlier and give him something to chase.
I wouldn't be against trying Konsa alongside Saliba for a game or two once Saliba's fully fit. Gabriel has earned his place, but we have enough quality to rotate even our best defenders.
No partnership needs to play every game.

I don't buy that Eze was the problem today. We looked slow before he went off, and the attack still struggled afterward.
This goes way beyond one player.
Saka's one of the biggest names in this Arsenal team now. On days like Forest, I expect him to take more responsibility going forward.
We need more from him in these games.
That wasn't convincing from Arsenal at all. Lucky deflection saved us today.
Happy with the points, but not the way we're winning.
I barely noticed Havertz against Forest tonight. What does he actually offer that makes Arteta prefer him over Gyokeres?
I really don't get Arteta's decision not to start Viktor in the league this season.

That was a frustrating watch.
Arsenal fans, what would you tell Arteta right now?
Calafiori is so good going forward, but he needs to be sharper defensively. He can be a bit careless at times, and we really can't afford mistakes at the back.
Eze and Odegaard starting together gives Arsenal so much creativity between the lines.
I'd love to see them swapping positions and making Forest's midfield work out who to follow.
Big show of faith from Arteta starting Eze on the left. That goal against Lille showed what he can do.
Really hope he delivers again today.
I was so sure Gyokeres would start today, but here we go again. Could've rested Havertz before Bayern and given him a proper go.
Honestly starting to worry he might be gone in January.
I really want Gyokeres starting against Forest today. He deserves his first league start, it's time to show him some faith.
We've got Bayern in a few days, so I'd keep Havertz fresh for that one.
Hear me out on this one. I'd love to see Calafiori get a game on Arsenal's left wing.
He's got the movement and confidence to make it interesting. Anyone agree?
