1. You can't own data that's on the blockchain. That's because the whole thing is public. 2. You can't change or delete any data that's on the blockchain. All data written to it is permanent and imalleable. 3. You can, however, know a secret that can be used to make an addition to the blockchain that marks a previous entry on it as spent. 4.
