A Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) operation leads to more than a dozen defendants in Kansas sentenced for working for a Mexican drug cartel. The Sinaloa Cartel owned the drug trafficking ring that brought fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine into Wichita.
