Staying in shape is not COMPLICATED:
Find a sport you actually ENJOY and show up all the time. Understand basic calories and eat clean as often as you can. That’s literally it.
I’ve seen so many people transform their bodies & lives after joining a running club, gym, playing padel, tennis, beach volleyball, or doing HIIT group fitness classes at F45 and BFT etc
Consistency > perfection.
