Kelce was named a victim in federal court this week after the man running his investment, Siddharth Jawahar, was sentenced to 11 years in prison. Prosecutors say Jawahar raised more than $35 million from clients, funneled it into a single risky stock, then lied about the returns while using fresh investor cash to keep the scheme afloat โ the classic Ponzi playbook. He's now on the hook for over $31 million in restitution.
Kelce hasn't disclosed how much he lost, and authorities were clear: he's a victim here, not a suspect.
