-> Grey area endless marketing of crap through influencers.
-> Diluted retail enough to hoard tons of cash
-> Cash is sets baseline Market Cap.
Now $POET probably has around $830M pure cash from dilution after $400m private placement.
While their marketcap was sitting under $500m last year.
