When the customer says make me fence that means we don’t have to sell up and move because of the neighbours…then the pressure is on!
A willow hurdle I wove in situ makes a nice tight weave and did the trick🥳. Hazel and steel for the uprights and 1 year old willow for the weave.

The beauty of a coppice woodland-little visit to the hazel coppice and a block I cut last year.
A sheer joy to work in these woodlands and carry on these ancient practices which produce beautiful habitats and sights like these.

Today I’ve been remembering the depth of Tom’s smile. It’s hard to find words that capture its essence - intelligent, kind, curious, mischievous and empathetic - similar to the faces of countless young Palestinian men shot by Israel

“Controversial” ? Seriously?
How about: “immoral”, “unethical”; contrary to all democratic norms”? How about: “in breach of international law”? How about “heinous”, “stomach-turning”, “irredeemably revealing of a sick society in need of help”?

Spain’s MEP Irene Montero:

It's official. Europe's leaders have crossed the thin red line into criminal insanity. "France, Germany and the UK condemn Iranian attacks"
Bombing Iran in the middle of negotiations, while starving Cuba, while genociding Palestinians, while threatening to invade Greenland… the US and Israel are the single greatest threat to humanity and it’s not even close. We are all forced to live in the nightmare they create.

Let that be the end of the appalling "policewoman attacked with a sledgehammer" lie used by Yvette Cooper and Mark Rowley to justify the proscription of Palestine Action.
The kidnapping of Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro and his wife solidifies America’s role as a gangster state. Violence does not generate peace. It generates violence. The immolation of international and humanitarian law, as the U.S. and Israel have done in Gaza, and as took place in Caracas, generates a world without laws, a world of failed states, warlords, rogue imperial powers and perpetual violence and chaos. If there is one lesson we should have learned in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya, it is that regime change spawns Frankensteinian monsters of our own creation. The Venezuelan military and security forces will no more accept the kidnapping of their president and U.S. domination — done as in Iraq to seize vast oil reserves — than the Iraqi security forces and military or the Taliban. This will not go well for anyone, including the U.S.

The Judge in the Palestine Action legal challenge has been removed, and replaced by 3 others.
Two of them appear to have conflicts of interests, including Judge Victoria Sharp who has family connections to pro-Israel lobbyist Trevor Chinn.
Chinn funded both Conservative and Labour Friends of Israel, and headed up lobby group BICOM, which Palestine Action targeted.
Is this a set up?
