The Judge in the Palestine Action legal challenge has been removed, and replaced by 3 others.
Two of them appear to have conflicts of interests, including Judge Victoria Sharp who has family connections to pro-Israel lobbyist Trevor Chinn.
Chinn funded both Conservative and Labour Friends of Israel, and headed up lobby group BICOM, which Palestine Action targeted.
