I won the Radar hackathon infra track in 2024 For this last @colosseum hackathon day, here’s what I’d do: - refine how you explain your business, make sure it’s simple to understand and only pitch *one* value prop - make sure you have a great hook *that adds value to your pitch* - show a clear understanding of the business line: extremely painful problem and crystal clear solution - briefly explain why you the founder should be running this company - show real traction numbers - get user’s proof of usage - do your pitch alone (cofounders go in the tram slide if you have time) - record yourself 10, 20, 30 times until every slide feels like a punch - have fun and remember: the hackathon is just the first step of the journey Good luck my degens
